As an essential aspect in many therapeutic areas, from auto-immune diseases to oncology, inflammation is a complex process.

At BARC, we provide a comprehensive test list for inflammation studies in various contexts. In particular, we have developed a specific expertise in cytokine assay, including measurement of certain cytokines endogenously expressed at levels below the LOQ of conventional techniques. Using the very sensitive Singulex technology, assay of those molecules is now possible. From conventional ELISA and Luminex to multiplex Mesoscale and Singulex, under the supervision of experts in new tests implementation, technology transfer and custom-design protocols, virtually all techniques are available at BARC, under the supervision of experts in new tests implementation, technology transfer and custom-design protocols.
